Thank you for helping us with Mama. It was a relief to know that you and your team were there for us to make sure we didn’t mess anything up! Our attorney friend who referred us to you was right: you and your team are knowledgeable, trustworthy and caring.
Our practice is solely focused on Elder and Special Needs law.
We have a wonderful team of dedicated professionals. Monica Franklin is a Certified Specialist in Elder Law. We have two additional attorneys on our team: Glen Kyle and Anna Xiques. We have professionals from other fields on our team. For example, Susie Stiles and Gabrielle Blake are licensed clinical social workers, Judy Wyrick, B.S. is our public benefits specialist, and she assists our clients with accessing public benefits as well as providing care advocacy. This multidisciplinary approach to the legal and care needs of our clients, provides families with welcome relief from worries before, during, and after a loved one’s transition to long-term care, whether at home or in a residential care facility. Gwen Lawless, Legal Assistant, is the cheerful voice who answers our telephone, sets appointments and assists with other administrative aspects of our practice. Trish Kennedy, Legal Assistant, assists with probate and conservatorship matters as well as other administrative duties. Most members of our team have worked together for almost ten years—a sure sign that we love what we do.

The well written and informative article was of particular interest to me… Moreover, Ms. Franklin courteously took a call from me to answer a particular question relevant to my circumstance. I commend you as editor for seeking out the talent who write articles for the Tennessee Bar Journal and in particular Ms. Franklin.Richard Ruth Jr., TBA Senior Counselor Designate, Pro Bono Attorney Emeritus
